Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 June 2026

Draft template. This is a placeholder to be reviewed and finalised by legal counsel before public launch. It describes our intended practices but is not yet a binding policy.

1. What we collect

Account details (name, email), the content you create (survey responses, good deeds, goals, stories), and basic usage telemetry. Survey responses are aggregated and shown to managers only above a privacy threshold — individual answers are not exposed.

2. How we use it

To operate the product: run the core loop, generate recommendations, power analytics, and send service communications. We do not sell personal data.

3. Storage & security

Data is stored in a managed Postgres database. Passwords are hashed (bcrypt) and integration tokens are encrypted at rest. We retain data for as long as your account is active.

4. Your rights

You may request access to, export of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us at privacy@bridgingthegap.example.
